Still a day ahead, so did tomorrow's workout today, which was a fun one. Reminds me of some of the older YouTube workouts I used to do when I first started doing this last year. I threw in some 3/4lb. rope for fun as I rarely use that one. And now...back to icing my achilles. Good fun!

I did tomorrow's workout with the pull-ups as I'm a day ahead right now. I did one pull-up every time. Sigh. But that's better than the zero pull-ups I used to be able to do! After this workout though, I had some excess energy and wanted to test my endurance, so I put on some tunes, set a stopwatch and did my own ladder: 5 minutes, 4 minutes, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, and then 6 minutes for the last one so that it became an even 30 minutes of jumping. I took one minute off between each set. But I did not think I would be able to do six minutes of jumping no problem, and guess what? I can! Now I want to see how long I could go. I will try this again. It was fun!

Tough one today! Had to adapt it. I used only the 1/4-pound rope, 20 tricep push-ups, the plank up-downs became plank or side plank after round one, 10 walking push-ups. Anyone who can do pull-ups after this workout (I’m looking at you, Michal!), I salute you! 💪💪😎😎❤️❤️

This was one of those workouts where I looked at it and thought, "Oh good, it's sort of an easy one." And then of course it kicked my butt lol. But feeling good! Did the thing!

Achilles still not 100% but did today's beast of a leg workout. We'll see how it feels throughout the day now. Endorphins have it not hurting at all, so yay endorphins! My big win for the day: I thought this was five circuits and it was only four so I was done faster than I thought. Have a great one, everyone!

I did yesterday’s workout, subbing in a different dumbbell exercise for the jump rope each circuit. I did reverse rows, front raises (name prob wrong on those), bicep curls, butterflies, and pullovers. Achilles feeling better every day. I could have jumped today but restrained myself. Have a great day, pals. It’s a beautiful day here in Vermont!

I just went back and did Tuesday's core workout since I missed it. I subbed in all random bodyweight exercises for the jumprope segments since my achilles is still not great. It's definitely better than yesterday, but I tried jumping for 30 seconds and...nope. But this was quite a workout even without the jumping--just not as fun! So I will keep doing this until I'm back to 100%. Let's get it, peeps!

Left achilles not great today, so no jumping for me. Instead I lifted weights, did a bunch of squats, and some ab crunchers--a routine I used to do before getting into JRD stuff. I'll put on some kinesio tape today and see if that helps me along with some stretching and some good old Aleve. Here's hoping!
