Another Prospect Park workout. Didn't want to lie on the Brooklyn pavement to do all the core stuff, so swapped in tomorrow's ladder. Found it challenging as I'm having some achilles soreness. Hoping it will go away quickly. If it still hurts tomorrow, I'll take the day off, but current plan is to do the core workout tomorrow. Happy jumping, gang!

Today’s Spider Man push-ups we’re tough! Maybe not my finest workout today, but it is dunzo. Happy weekend!

Enjoyed the ladder today. I had the bright idea to make the 10-second segment be DUs, but then chickened out and didn't do it 🤣 . Next time? Maybe? Have a great day, everyone!

Another steamy morning, but the heat is finally going to break today. Did the thing even though I was wearing my crankypants this morning. Also thinking I am going to buy a whoop today (woop? you know what I mean!), as I need to be a little more intentional about my calorie burn v. my calorie intake. Have made great strides but ready for the next little step.

Did this but certainly not my best day. Body is fine and life is fine, just letting some stress get in my head and the heatwave does not help. We Vermonters generally do not have a/c because it’s not supposed to be this hot here on the mountains pretty much ever. Anyway…I did the thing! 😎

The burpees/DUs/plank-to-push-up combo at the end of each circuit felt cruel lol. But I did it! The workouts are supposed to be hard, and so it was!!! Let’s get it, gang!

Jumprope ladder done. I'd never done that much jumping in one workout. It was fun! Celebrating a little milestone today in that I have now officially lost 20 pounds since joining JRDTV in March. I have probably lost more than that in total, as I only had the courage to buy a scale in March haha. My guess is that I was probably a little over 200 pounds at 6 feet tall for quite a long time, and I was not happy about it. Now I'm at 177 and I've added a ton of muscle, getting lean, feeling great, and loving all the progress I'm making. I am proud of myself, and proud of all of us for getting at it. Let's go, everyone! Do the best we can every day! x
