Working out north of Los Angeles by my friend’s lovely pool. I had some challenges this morning—no contact lenses so working out wearing glasses which is the worst, internet dropping out multiple times, little things like that—but I did an older workout today and then did 50 consecutive DUs which is my new personal best do that was fun. Now to dip in the pool! 😃😃💪💪✌🏻✌🏻

Last morning beach workout! I channeled my inner Brandon and Dan (and Michal!) and crushed it shirtless. Maybe next time my abs will make an appearance. 😀 I’m still in California for a few more days but not near the beach as of later today. It’s so perfect here. I do not want to leave!!

In Long Beach, California for a reunion. Worked out on the beach with a friend. Very fun!

80 degrees and muggy at 7AM this morning in Brooklyn. I ran up to Prospect Park and did the workout from last June 30th with the six rounds of jumping/push-ups/planks. Amazing how much harder it is to do this workout in this heat and humidity than in my very cool basement in Vermont! Great to take inspiration though from all the other warriors out doing their thing. And I even got catcalled by a group of ladies out walking and called a show-off. Ha. Have a great day, everyone!

For me I’ve decided 25 DUs per 20-second set is optimal. Did 25 each set, 75 each circuit for a total of 375 DUs in this workout. Felt great! Now packing up the ropes and heading to Brooklyn for a few days. Off to the airport. Have a good one, friends!

Improving slowly on the pull-ups and chin-ups. Can do three solid consecutive chin-ups each circuit. Still doing negative pull-ups and feel something pinching on the underside of my right upper arm. Not really my triceps but…something. Will be glad to have the weekend to recover. Have a great Friday, gang!

I don't think Dan could see any of our comments and questions in the call just now, right? Hoping we can fix that for next time!

Def my best performance on this workout to date by a mile. Only messed up on the DUs three times. Always completed total 60 - 80 DUs per circuit for a total of about 350 DUs in the workout. I’m sweating and breathing hard but feel great and am not nearly as winded as usual after each circuit. Progress is real! If this 51-year-old need can do this, so can all of us. Let’s do it! 🤓🤓💪💪

Subbed in the 1/4 pound every other jump rope set today as somehow it makes this workout less intimidating for me. Three circuits of this is challenging but I feel super pumped up afterwards. Let’s get it!! ✌🏻💪🤓
