I said it once before but I’ll say it again: this workout is exponentially more difficult once you can actually do double unders lol. If I don’t mess up, I can get through 30 DUs each 20-second interval and this is going ramp up my endurance, fo shizzle. Looking forward to the kickoff call this afternoon! 😎🤓💪✌🏻

That third circuit almost killed me. I expect to look like Michal at the end of this month! Luckily criss-cross is not that hard for me so I won’t get bogged down in that mentally. Can just have fun with it. Happy day off to everyone in the states. Happy regular Monday all the peeps elsewhere in the world! 🤓🤓

I thought I’d get more than 299 but dang these are hard and my quads were still sore from all those jump squats yesterday! Very happy though. Great way to put a cap on the June workouts and learning this new skill. Let’s go, criss-cross month! And I need to conquer my pull-up bar!!! 😎😎💪💪❤️❤️

Did yesterday’s workout. Took me a while to complete the 175 DUs but got it done. PR is still 37 without mess-ups. Didn’t realize we were supposed to see how many we can do in 15 minutes until I saw Joe’s post. Maybe I will try tomorrow? Have a great weekend, gang!

Just did yesterday’s workout which was a super fun one. Woohoo! In other news, I watched JRD criss-cross tutorials and then gave it a shot. Guess what? Easy-peasy! Was worried I’d have problems since learning DUs was a struggle. But there is no comparison. Criss-cross is just pretty fun. Happy Friday, gang! 💪😎❤️

Got a day behind in the workouts, so I did the Wednesday workout this morning. Ab-crunchers = owie. Those shouldn't be so hard but they are! As for the DUs, I did more than 125 in just four sets. Broke my record and did 37 in the very first set. I believe I did 37, 30, 34, 27. Dare I say that these feel pretty easy now? Hard to believe I could not do this a month ago. Just in time for the month to end and to whip myself trying to learn criss-cross. Ha. Have an awesome day, peeps!

One and done. Someday I’ll be able to do pull-ups like the grown-ups but my negatives have improved so that’s something!! Have a great day, pals! 💪😎❤️

Newsflash! This workout is much harder when you do DUs with no hops! Ha. Ugh! My best circuit was the last one where I did 81 DUs total. Did 26 in a row one time. Joe and Lindsay—hope you are both on the mend! Happy Monday, JRD pals! 💪✌🏻❤️

My body is crying for rest days. Looking forward to some stretching, some walks, maybe a light jog over the weekend but that’s it! Felt something pulling on my left side trying to do the pull-ups so subbed in bent over rows again bc I do not want to get injured. Will try again Monday. DUs feeling good. Best set was 29 with no mess-ups and no hops. Happy weekend, champs! ✌🏻🤪💪❤️

I thought it was same old workout but now there are four sets of DUs per circuit if you follow Dan’s voice and not the opening. Pretty sneaky! Makes it significantly harder! First time doing this with one-hop instead of two, which means I can get as many as 20 in one 20-second interval if I don’t mess up. Gonna see if I can do no hops now. Wish me luck! Let’s get it!
