Psyched to see so many peeps doing the challenge! I just started week 10 of JRD90. This program has markedly improved my upper body strength. Loving it! Thanks as always to our man Dan Witmer !

W9D2 JRD90. Shoulders still burning from yesterday’s pull-ups and push-ups so these longer jump rope sets with the 1/2-pounder were tough but we did it. ❤️🤓😃💪✌🏻

Week 8 of JRD90 was pretty brutal but it’s dooooone. Bring on week 9! 😄😄

Seems there's a new program coming? Not aware of it somehow! But I will finish JRD 90 before jumping (pun intended) into a new program. Meanwhile...I did the jumping lunge ladder of JRD 90 Week 8 Day 2 yesterday and omg my butt is SO SORE still lol. But I'm sure I will have the best bunz of steel of any 53-year-old around haha.  MERRY XMAS to those who celebrate! Sitting down to a big meal and lots of terrible desserts. So sue me.

Funny how whatever workout program I’m doing is my favorite one but I really am loving JRD90. Started week 8 with Dan. My pushup game has gotten so strong with this. Loving it even though tomorrow’s jumping lunge ladder looks brutal!

I'd never done an RFT workout, which stands for "rounds for time." Was fun. You just kind of turn into a robot which honestly I enjoy haha. That was W7D2 of JRD90. Will cool down a bit on the treadmill now and get some steps in before sitting on my butt all day for work. Have a good one, friends!

I feel like week 6 of JRD90 might be new fave week ever. Really challenging but so fun. Nice work, Dan!

Burpee ladder with Dan from week 6 of JRD90 followed by 110 push-ups in the 25-degree cold. Dan does the burpee ladder 1 through 10 each circuit. I modified to do 1 through 5 twice and did all the jump rope sets. Still really hard but not insane!
