W1D5 done. Def did better than when I did this one last month. 12 good push-ups each time, went for 8 jumping lunges on each leg, 25 doubles each time. This is definitely one of those workouts where my mantra was, “No thinking. Just do what Dan says.” Embracing my inner himbo haha. ❤️🤓😄

Day 1 of the official challenge, no? Was fun. Did 110 push-ups total for the workout. (9 each time except for 10 twice.) let’s do it, peeps!

5,500 skips to kick off this Friday. Was a workout with lots of minute sets with the 1/4-pounder and 1.5-minute sets with 1/2-pounder. Those longer sets with the 1/2-pound rope are tough for me but I’m improving! 😄🤓💪❤️

Took a few days off because I was at my high school reunion partying like I was 18. Which takes a heavy toll when you are 53, let me tell you haha. But back at it today and looking forward to the challenge starting next week!!
