W3D3 done. Had to break in round 4 because my internet froze and had to restart my router. Annoying. In other news, I reached over one million skips for the year. So yay!

As you say, be sensible though! If it starts to get worse, ease up a bit. you don't want to have to pull out completely because of an injury. And those achilles tendons can be finicky sometimes. But sounds like you are ON IT.Β πŸ˜€
