W3D4. Fun fact: when I first started doing JRD workouts a few years ago, jump squats were the death of me. Now? No problem. I’m like a pogo stick. Let’s goooooo. ❤️😄💪✌🏻

Week 3 Day 1 of the shred. Plus a little extra just to procrastinate having to sit at my desk and work. Ha. I’d rather do more double-unders than look at my email inbox! ❤️🤓💪♥️

Nice work! Not that you asked for a tip, but a tip: if you know right now that 30 seconds of push-ups is too much, either do knee push-ups or pick a challenging number to do during the interval so you’re never skipping it or pooping out. I always do 12 and then 13 so I get 25 each round. Maybe your number is five or 10 or whatever. But it helps me to do that. Same with doubles. I can’t yet do a minute of them so I pick a challenging number I can do. Hope this helps!!

The way to get better at jumping lunges is by doing jumping lunges lol but you know that! I admit I still sometimes add the tap in the middle. But shhhh don’t tell.

Week 2 Day 4 of the shred in the pouring rain. Felt great. Pro tip: put your phone in a ziploc baggie. Touch screen works through the plastic and your phone stays bone dry for following along with our man Dan in the rain.

I’m a day behind most of you kats and kittens in the shred. This was day 1 week 2. So steamy and humid already on this Brooklyn morning but got it done even though sweat was literallly dripping into my eyes during the leg raises. Let’s get it! 💪❤️✌🏻🤪
