I’m a day behind most of you kats and kittens in the shred. This was day 1 week 2. So steamy and humid already on this Brooklyn morning but got it done even though sweat was literallly dripping into my eyes during the leg raises. Let’s get it! 💪❤️✌🏻🤪

Week 1 of the shred completed. Would’ve been happy with only three circuits of this one haha. Of course I did the 4th though plus extra skips to get me to 4,000 skips. Let’s get it!

Daaaang that is awesome. I can finally do dubs with the 1/2-lb but not up to them on the one-pounder. Love to see it!!! 💪💪💪

Was in Vegas for a week being a degenerate and only exercised once. Honestly my body needed a break and now I’m back, refreshed, hitting it hard, and ready for summer shred! Bring it! ❤️🤓💪✌🏻

IMHO the 2-pounder is tough. The go-to is the 1/4-pounder. If you’re just learning, the 1/2-pound is good bc you can feel it coming but still harder for longer reps.
