Did Day 3 of Month 1 of the Dumbbell program using the 20-pound weights with a 2,000 skip warm-up before working out with Dan. My legs are TOAST, but in a good way. Feel the burn! Let's get it, peeps.

I didn’t actually lose any weight this time but body shape improved and I did not really watch my diet. I kind of ate and drank whatever I wanted this time! Overall since starting doing these programs though I’ve lost about 25 pounds.

Michal—this has just started happening to me too so I wonder if they are having a problem in the app? It’s really frustrating and it never had happened before the past few days.

That is awesome! I think my record for 4,000 right now is just a couple of seconds past 30 minutes. I want to do it under 30. I dig your goal of upping another thousand at the same rate. Fun!

Completed the program and really loved it. I felt it was a really challenging mix of cardio and weights. When I used to run a lot, I stopped making progress for a while and just plateaued. Once I started jumping rope, I soared to new heights following the JRD workouts. Same thing with weight training. I was probably forcing myself to go to higher weights too fast, not having good form, and not being consistent enough with the weight workouts. So to have Dan showing that more reps with more manageable weights can really build your fitness and strength was great. I am way more toned than before and I will def do this program again, upping the weight, but just a bit! Way to go, Dan!
