That's amazing! I would say keep doing the workouts from the 7-day challenge until you can complete them without taking extra breaks. And also, listen to your body so that you don't too much too fast and end up hurting yourself. It takes a little while to get used to all the jumping! We see a lot of people get into this and get really pumped up about it and then get injured. Exciting you're diving into this! Congrats!
