Just did a ā€œrounds for timeā€ workout from JRD90 in week 7. Those workouts are fun. Since there’s no rest, you can just turn your brain off and turn into a total robot. Which I enjoy haha. Meanwhile…I’m excited and nervous for the heavy rope program. Worried it will be a real struggle for me but I’m going to do it once I finish this JRD90 program!

It took me a long time to be able to do any ā€œtricksā€ or anything. So don’t beat yourself up about it. Eventually it’ll just click one day if you keep trying. Meanwhile you’ll get the badges of honor aka whip marks on your legs from mess-ups along the way haha. Part of the learning process!!

Love reading all these! Been doing this a while and it’s become a huge part of my mental health as well as my physical health. I’m 54, back and forth between New York City and Vermont with my husband. Lost over 25 pounds doing this and gained muscle and confidence. Some weight has come back but I know I can lose it again if I want to. The most important thing is that I feel good and look good. My modeling days are probably not gonna happen at this point so…haha.

Thank you to Dan for being awesome and inspiring.

After a debaucherous vacation followed by getting sick, I’m back into week 7 of JRD90. The 120 push-ups killed me but got it done. Let’s gooooooo!

Finished Week 6 of JRD 90, which I still think is one of the most fun weeks of any program here. Some wild workouts and some tough ones too! I am flying to Vegas this weekend and will hit pause on this program until I'm back. I will utilize the very nice gym where I'm staying, but I know there's not a great place to jump rope at this particular gym, and it's going to be over 105 degrees outside every day, so that's not a great option either. So...treadmill and weights for a week and then back in it for Week 7!
