W2D3 of JRD90. Ladder with Dan and I got 5,000 skips in 38:30 which felt pretty baller. 😃😃

Not sure there are really pros or cons? You’ll mess up less with the 1/2-pound if you’re just learning but endurance is harder because it’s heavier. The 1/4-pounder is the more all-purpose rope. 😃

I feel like you can’t go wrong. Just do anything and don’t overthink what it is too much! 😃

Started JRD 90 for the 2nd time as I really love the challenges and variety of that program, despite the quality being old-school lol. I thought my shoulder was finally 100%, but it's the push-ups that kill it. Somehow doing the inverse pull-ups and chin-ups don't put the same pressure on it, so subbing those in for push-ups for now. And...hello Dan rockin' the 'stache. Looking good, dude!

Yeah, sadly I'm with Russell Fraser with the drinking too much. I've made a habit of the workout every morning, but I also have the habit of the cocktail and a glass of wine (or two) every night. And I def am not as good about my diet. But motivation to work out is there every day. It's a great way to start every day honestly! Especially if I get to do it with my virtual buddy Dan!

Hey, gang! Just saying hey. I'm still here! I've been only running the past couple of weeks as I did something to my shoulder and am giving it a rest. Will jump back in week after next by starting a new program. Thinking of redoing JRD 90 again, as I really had so much fun with that. But we'll see. Hope everyone is rocking it!
