I finally did it!

I jumped for the first since September prior to shoulder surgery! The physical therapist made it part of recovery plan. I’m so happy I was able to do it’ :)

Idk of a watch but there’s plenty of interval timer apps for the smartphone.

Are you doing basic jump or are you doing different foot movements? I’ve noticed when I don’t change up my foot movements during a session, my calves tire out quickly and are sore.
