That’s it folks it’s 5:30 am in Sweden Gothenburg and JRD MAX is completed. Three months of jumping rope, consistently. It’s having so much fun and the community here and jump rope dudes. It’s great so let’s keep it going and for those of you who are interested. I bought these jump ropes from Crossrope one year ago exactly. Have a great weekend everybody.

It’s been a hectic week but got all 5 days in, had to move Wednesdays workout to Sunday today but now all that’s left is week four and JRDMax is over. ☀️
