Push your intensity!

Your body adapts to exercise and gets more efficient at performing it as you repeat, thus is burns less calories as you get better. This is why people constantly talk about switching up exercises to keep your muscles activated and stimulated. Also, push your intensity! 🥵

nothing wrong with the classic boxer skip! ⚡️

Great idea, you can add some shadow boxing and boxer training to these workouts. What did you have in mind, so I can point you in the right direction?

Well done, Ebony!! Yes, that's what the mat is for. Jumping on concrete/hard surfaces can tear up your rope - the mat is not only great for your joints, but it'll make your ropes last years longer.

Faidzal Thalith Correct. You don't have to do both rest days on the weekend like that, but many do. I like to break my rest days up within the week when I feel like I need them. As long as you get 5 days of workouts per week you're getting it!
