Hello Marilo, I feel for you, been dealing with my knees on/off for 2-years or so!

What I’ve found best have been slowing down and doing all the exercise my knee allowed and keeping it ‘working’.

So walks, when it was worst. Slow and short jump rope sessions when the knee allowed it. But ALWAYS did some dynamic stretches before (so NO! long deep stretching) so everything was nice and warm.

And lastly the thing you don’t want to hear is, it takes time, and patience…

Joe De Luca well sad thing to be the "most" experienced in 🙈 but guess I've had my share og knee issues over the years 🙂

Thanks 🙏🏻

Yeah, barely managed to walk the dog for 20 min 🙈 so wasn’t gonna try jumping rope 😂 but feeling better will say I’m back to 80% or so..

So guess I was right this morning, had to go home under the covers with a fever (38.8 / 102 degrees) body have been in distress and rapid decrease of energy 🙂

But hey still reached by step count for the day, dog needs to get walked 🤷🏻‍♂️

With those goals you are free to pick, but I would pick a 90-day program to give you some wiggle room to establish a consistent habit 🙏🏻

Doesn’t matter which you pick, they are all good. But if you have a hard time deciding, what is it you would most like if outcome from the program?

But if you pick the JRD MAX or JRD90 (flagship programs) you will get an all round program.

Also in January the new dumbbell 💪🏻 program is to launch 🚀 so maybe that’s the one to jump on?

Shelly Bynum if Tuesday and Thursday are high step days and you get more tired on those days, perhaps that’s the days you make sure to hit 12k.

So Mon-, Wed-, and Friday are the days where you have a little more energy and that’s the days you jump 🙂

Shelly Bynum well safety over step count, no doubt about that 😁

8-12k is that effortless for you? Could you perhaps increase that to 10-12k so on your ‘low’ days you actively add in a few houndred/thousand steps?

Also days you are off the ropes maybe try to get to the 12k mark as a low-impact substitute 🤷🏻‍♂️
