Carl Harrower thanks, yes it’s been great. But honestly “new normal” kicks in, way too quick.

Being process focused, and enjoying the daily grind is actually more fulfilling 🙏🏻 so if I should give any advice from own experience:

The journey is the real goal, less result oriented and more focus on the process.

You got this 💪🏻you decided something needs to change.. remember you didn’t put the weight on over night and it won’t disappear over night eighter..

I was 266lbs when I decided to change and now I’ve been staying at +/- 200lbs for +1yr. And if I can do it anybody can 💪🏻

FYI it’s not a diet or a quick fix, it’s a new lifestyle so don’t sweat it if your progress is slower that you would want. All progress IS progress 🙏🏻

15 days in… you’re on 🔥

Looks great 👍🏻 what you need most of all is time 🕰️ you need the reps to get better 🙂

Looks like you hands could be closer to your body, but looking at the rope length that might not work and cause additional tripping. Perhaps look into a shorter rope, so you can get the hands closer to your body.

Also would be great to have e side view also, as it’s hard to see the bend in your knees, how straight your back is.

Looks like your jump height is ok, looks like it’s a bit too high but that will come with experience and reps with the rope 👍🏻

Last thing try to stay in the same spot on your mat, you are wandering a bit 🙂

All in all, just #DoTheThing 💪🏻

Hope you use some of what I said here 😁

2nd, have fun with it. Do the challenge, but do I while keeping it fun and enjoyfull.

Thanks, have a tendency to come back with a vengeance 🙈 so that’s something I need to be aware of and try to ease back into it.. 💪🏻
