Neeks please don’t push through the pain.. I did that and have been dealing with the knees ever since, never seeming to completely recover 😞

My issues came about a year into jumping 5-day a week so naturally I didn’t think much of it, I mean this is what my body is used to, right!

My advice is to take a day of two off to have inflammation go away.

Remember a day or two won’t mess up your journey over the long run. But a serious injury might keep you out of the game for 3-4 months (did for me) 🙏🏻

Yes, I’m walking the dog twice a day (AM and PM) and have a job that requires me to walk “a lot” giving me 5-8k steps per day.

I have found a few routes in my neighbourhood that are approximately 3k, 4.5k, 6k, and 9k steps ranging from 25- to 75-minutes so I can generally “hit” my daily target with one of those walks in the PM 🙂

Shelly Bynum you and me both 🙈 but hey remember one slow day is way better than a week off from recovery ❤️‍🩹

Listen to your body and you will come out stronger 💪🏻

Tough though 🙈 but hey called it ‘No injuries before the end of the challenge’ 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

I would start with boxer skip, it will help give some relief to your legs during your jumping intervals 🥊

Hey my brother, wishing for a speedy recovery ❤️‍🩹 and no doubt you will be back soon and with a vengeance 💪🏻

Stay tuned for “The Return of the De Luca” the Jedi master of jump rope 🙏🏻

Thanks mate, as I said no injury before the end of the challenge 😂🙈

We never doubted you, mate.. we know you got this 💪🏻

Me a pro 🤔 I like that but not entirely sure how well it fits 🙂

But yes, I’ve been doing ‘wider stance’ squats which makes it naturally to angle the knees outwards a bit. But thanks for sharing, it truly is a great community 🙏🏻

Probably not 🤷🏻‍♂️ but one gotta try, right? F me if I end up injured again before day 20!

After that there is time for recovery 😂
