Hello Marilo, I feel for you, been dealing with my knees on/off for 2-years or so!

What I’ve found best have been slowing down and doing all the exercise my knee allowed and keeping it ‘working’.

So walks, when it was worst. Slow and short jump rope sessions when the knee allowed it. But ALWAYS did some dynamic stretches before (so NO! long deep stretching) so everything was nice and warm.

And lastly the thing you don’t want to hear is, it takes time, and patience…

Joe De Luca well sad thing to be the "most" experienced in 🙈 but guess I've had my share og knee issues over the years 🙂

Thanks 🙏🏻

Yeah, barely managed to walk the dog for 20 min 🙈 so wasn’t gonna try jumping rope 😂 but feeling better will say I’m back to 80% or so..

Got inspired by the dumbbell program!
But seeing as I don’t have any dumbbells but have an X3 (resistance bands) I decided to make my own fusion 🙂
So it’s 15-20 min of jump rope in the AM, 15-20 min of resistance training mid-day and ending it off with a 15 min deep stretch protocol.
Should be about the same, so let’s see if this will move the needle on my progress.
Been away for a while, got a bug the week before Christmas and had respiratory issues up until new years so just happy to be back at doing anything really 🙏🏻

So guess I was right this morning, had to go home under the covers with a fever (38.8 / 102 degrees) body have been in distress and rapid decrease of energy 🙂

But hey still reached by step count for the day, dog needs to get walked 🤷🏻‍♂️

With those goals you are free to pick, but I would pick a 90-day program to give you some wiggle room to establish a consistent habit 🙏🏻

Sleigh the Scale day 10 of 20 😱
Did you realise getting out of bed this morning you are at the 50% mark of the challenge 💪🏻 half way there baby 💪🏻
Also it’s Friday and the temptation on the weekend seems to have a greater pull on us! But come Monday, I hope you had the strength to stay on path, and you will see continued improvement 🙏🏻
Forgot to post yesterday but took the squat/lunges out of the workout and added in some more jump rope (gotta look out the those knees 👀)
Today was a bit hard to get through 🤔 throat is sore and with 4 min left on the clock I barely could breath!!! But my good mate Joe De Luca once quoted Goggins: “I don’t stop when I’m tired. I stop when I’m done” ☑️
So I got it done. Now off to do my 125 pushups throughout the day 💪🏻
Have a great day and weekend all 🙏🏻

Doesn’t matter which you pick, they are all good. But if you have a hard time deciding, what is it you would most like if outcome from the program?

But if you pick the JRD MAX or JRD90 (flagship programs) you will get an all round program.

Also in January the new dumbbell 💪🏻 program is to launch 🚀 so maybe that’s the one to jump on?
