Way to go!!!

Gets better with intentional practice, so try to land softly. I would do the DU in the workouts but do them the way you are able, the more you practice them the better you get 💪🏻

YOOO Steve!

Was wondering where you were, silent ninja perhaps lurking 👀 on the community..

Great seeing you here, just as I myself have returned form far too absent.

Let’s get it 💪🏻

My condolences🙏🏻

Take the time needed, we (as the community) will be ready to welcome you back whenever you are ready.

As alcohol is toxic for the body, your body will always prioritise ‘burning’ the alcohol before carbs and fats. So yes alcohol have a caloric value, but it also ‘slows down’ fat burning so it hits double 👊🏻

But again what’s YOUR goal, you are already doing the 20% that gives you 80% of the results. The remaining 20% are the hardest and require 4x the effort.

Healthy isn’t shredded, we should be between 10-20% body fat (20-30% for women) to be healthy, your genetics 🧬 determine if you should be in the high or low end

Perhaps the Shredded Ninja would be right. More emphasis on the jumping / cardio part.

But really any program could do the trick, but as a rule of thumb:

Ninja = cardio

Samurai = strength

JRD90 + JRD Max = mix

‘Power Training’ yes! But only got 5 minuts into it and the knees told me to stop!
But the mix of 1 and 2 lbs rope is great, really puts you in the hot seat 😰guess 5 minuts of jumping is better that 5 more minuts on the couch 🤣

Maybe this platform already supports badges, so a little design work and digital badges could be a quick add, that would give some extra to go for :-)

Nice just keep at it, and soon enough you will reach your goal 💪🏻

This is an amazing idea! But, needing to do the things on the "list" to be considered a dude or dudette. What I appreciate most about this community is the absence of egos and the equal treatment of everyone. Inability to complete the list may cause feelings of inferiority.

Maybe the phrasing “what it means to be jump rope fit or the characteristics that embody a jump rope dude or dudette” should be different? Perhaps to something like “Secondary Goals”?

Being a dude or dudette shouldn’t have any athletic requirement. It’s a mindset, its about doing the thing (whatever it is to you) to move your life forward. To live life, and do it in a healthy way, so we get more of if on our terms.
