🚨 LONG POST ALERT 🚨

Life happens during the day! Conquer the morning, and you’ll win the day πŸ’ͺ🏻

The earlier you schedule something the less interference you’ll encounter, so maybe an early morning workout? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

But what’s most important is to accept motivation will disappear, and the old cliche β€˜You don’t rise to the occasion, but you fall to the level of your training’. When life happens you fall back to your habits!

Myself, l’ve been out for a while! I need to reintroduce the old habits; up at 4:40AM, walk the dog, jump rope, aminos, life..

You need to find what works for you, how you want to incorporate jump rope in your routine πŸ™πŸ»

And set realistic expectations, maybe it’s 3 days a week πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ get that into your schedule and you can build from there. We are all different some have the discipline to just it everyday but most of us need to adjust our expectations πŸ™πŸ»

Hope you find something you can use, and remember we are here to help and assist πŸ™πŸ»

Morning fam πŸ‘‹

When my 4yr old daughter comes in early in the morning we can always cuddle and relax for a bit or so. But when the 9yr old German shepherd comes in at 4:24AM you got ONE ☝️ OPTION!

So despite having been a little fatigued this week we decided to go on a long walk. So here by 6AM got to 8.700 steps πŸšΆπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ and 87% of my daily goal 😁

Didn’t do the thing, but did a thing.

Agave a great day to all πŸ™πŸ»

When it comes to fu#%ing up you body, I’m kind of an expert πŸ˜‰

You are in it for the long run don’t sweat a minor setback πŸ™πŸ» life is full of ups and downs and I’m sure you’ll bounce right back πŸ’ͺ🏻

Recovery is key, so get as much low impact movement is as your foot allows πŸ™πŸ»

Hi fam πŸ‘‹

So just got myself a good 30 min jump rope session during a break from the yard work πŸ™ˆ gotta say it was hard getting started as the family relaxed in the sun β˜€οΈ

But nonetheless πŸ’ͺ🏻 I got it in, and it’s just incredible how much better your feel afterwards. So now just chilling with some aminos to increase that recovery πŸ™πŸ»

Have a great Sunday πŸ™πŸ»

You might need to use your arms to get the rope moving, but only the wrists to keep the momentum going..

Doing side-to-side-swings to get it going could be one way to starting off? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Long story short, digestive issues and a shift in training focus towards weights.

But back at it again 😁

Back on β€˜monthly’ workouts again or just while deciding which program to tackle next?

Thanks πŸ™πŸ»
