But whatβs most important is to accept motivation will disappear, and the old cliche βYou donβt rise to the occasion, but you fall to the level of your trainingβ. When life happens you fall back to your habits!
Myself, lβve been out for a while! I need to reintroduce the old habits; up at 4:40AM, walk the dog, jump rope, aminos, life..
You need to find what works for you, how you want to incorporate jump rope in your routine ππ»
And set realistic expectations, maybe itβs 3 days a week π€·π»ββοΈ get that into your schedule and you can build from there. We are all different some have the discipline to just it everyday but most of us need to adjust our expectations ππ»
