So feel I’m getting closer to be back! First time, in a LONG time, I got some running-, side straddl, and a few DU into my session 🙏🏻 been sticking to regular and boxer to get the knees ready..
Been trying out using a vibration plate for 10 min before jumping, feels like it might do something good; might be placebo, but hey as long as I feel it right 😂

mj depends on what you like 🙂 🍎 Fruits readily available, and visible🍫 Protein bar(s)🥕 Veggies pre-cut in the fridgeLow calorie dense foods:- Hard boiled egg- Air popped popcorn- Celery with Peanut Butter- Carrot and Celery Sticks
Maybe some of these will fit with what you like and could enjoy snacking on 🙏🏻
