Just trying to get something done, body still exhausted from the infection so been doing some walking instead (14-17k steps/day).. low impact but takes way more time..

Sucks! But love your attitude towards incorporating other exercises to substitute for the Jump Rope.. Wish you all the best going forward 🙏🏻
Do what your body is capable of.. might be you need to stretch the 30 min to 60 min and take longer breaks 🤷🏻‍♂️ maybe do 15 min (20/10) for a few more weeks (or months) and work up to do it every day, and then do 20 min, 25 min, 30 min.. we all start at different levels and you shall only try to be better than yourself from yesterday 🙏🏻

If you crave pizza maybe 1/4 of a pizza or a slice 🍕 with a big bowl of salad 🥗 could help you curb the craving? Elimination is one thing but I would argue you need to loose the weight the same way you intend to keep it off.. so is pizza is off the table for the rest of your life cut it out, if not try to figure out how to incorporate it into your diet 🙏🏻

Hi fam 👋🏻

So today I got it done ✔️ was it pretty? NO! Intense? NO! Still not fully back, still dealing with this nasty eye infection 👁️

And after an All Star weekend with terrible food, terrible sleep 💤 I WASN’T FEELING IT TODAY!

It shows in the numbers the intensity was lower but did something. Got back to jumping, not ‘just’ walking..

Hi Jess 👋🏻 if you lack in several areas you might want to split your efforts and build a lifestyle you desire! So start with diet or activity and when that is second nature, take the next step. Sometimes taking on too much at once hinders results.
