Hey Dustin πͺπ»
From my point of view you need time to get the hang of if, most of what I see if fine!
Looks like your rope might be a bit long, you hit the ground far in front of you (but hard to tell from that angle).
Also if itβs a possibility try to get a rope with some more weight to it, when the rope itself weighs more it gives a greater feedback as to where it is in the rotation and can help you time your jumps better.
There might be a few other things before you jump like Dan the Man but most will come from a shorter rope and time ππ»
Just keep doing the thing and you will be great ππ»

Thatβs the problem, Iβm kinda non/off π
But yes I need to approach it with some more balance and maybe not go so hard all the time

First off, itβs a tool that guesses based on what data it produces itself π with any wrist based HR monitor there are great varriences in what it measures (unfortunately) so take everything with a grain of salt.
That said, the load focus are a great way to switch up your training to cover all the bases. The training load are a combined assessment of the three types of load (anaerobic, high aerobic, and low aerobic) and looks at how youβve been exercising in the past (short term) to determine if you need to do more or less.
End of the day, I mostly use the calorie tracker of a workout to give me an idea of my intensity paired with my perceived effort. And as a silent alarm clock not to wake up the wife too early π

Hi fam π
Today a made a quick workout 15sec on 5sec off for 72 intervals with a quick 30sec break every 6 intervals.
Felt great and at no time this week did I feel it in the knees, so maybe this is the time Iβm back for good π«°π»
Second consecutive day I was told Iβm overreaching (by my watch) so happy we reached the weekend and I can rest a bit with some longer walks π
Have a great Friday and remember to go #DoTheThing ππ»

Hi fam π
Day 4 again with a jump rope π₯³
Was feeling good, once I got started so naturally I pushed myself π all good no injuries πbut even my watch told me I was overreaching (based on the metrics)
Maybe Iβm looking at a day 5 recovery (watch says 68 hours to fully recover) but weβll see tomorrow.
Been trying to calculated my jumps/min and landing on 150-210 from low- to high intensity intervals. Maybe itβs time to invest in those AMP handles π€
Have a great day all ππ»
