Thanks for sharing! Iโ€™m with you on the Fast Skip. Boxer Skip is my go to. Run in Place was the second skill I learned years ago after Regular Bounce, but I stopped doing it after I learned Boxer Skip. I struggled with Run in Place throughout this challenge until this week. I definitely plan to incorporate it more often again. Itโ€™s great that weโ€™re able to make the challenge work for us!

Power Cal W4D3 is done. I canโ€™t do consecutive double unders (yet) so I increased my jumps per minute for each set of those. Iโ€™m determined to finally get it after all these years, so I will be focusing on that skill in November and beyond.

This reinforces what I committed to back in June. Old habits die hard, so thankfully I have my husband to remind me (and he has). Now I can also push play and hear you say it.
