My endurance has definitely improved. I know I weigh less though not sure I’ll meet my goal of 6 lbs. I didn’t take any other measurements, but I can clearly see that I have loss inches. There wasn’t a day that I didn’t modify something, but I still got it done. I plan to do the program again (not right away), and I look forward to modifying less and less. Progress over perfection!

Glad you’re feeling better!

Awesome! Extra handles definitely make the rope changes easier.

Welcome back! I’ll take this as my reminder to focus more on my warmup and cooldown because I’m guilty of skipping both.

A day late, but nothing short… Power Cal W3D5 is done! This pic has nothing to do w/my workout, but Joe De Luca wanted to see a pic of my classic Crossropes (not sure if that’s what they’re called officially). I have a few more that aren’t in the pic including a 3 lb in its original packaging. I no longer go down the self defeating path of how far along I’d be if I had been consistent all of these years. I’m just focused on my consistency now and looking forward to seeing where I am a week, month, quarter, 6 months, 9 months, and year from now.

Cool! Me too for both of those. I was a weather forecaster.
