Man when I tell you I underestimated how hard chin ups and pull up are now that I’m at this weight. I used to do them with 90lbs around my waist.

That’s okay though! We are moving forward! I even had a crowd watching as I finished up day 4! They clapped and everything! It was cool!

Get out there and do the thing!

Got off work today and my fiancé decided that she wanted to get back into the gym today so instead of jumping around my normal time we went to the gym and did a light work out to get her back into it! We went home made some dinner and then I drove down to the park and got my workout done! Those ladders are no joke! I jumped almost 600 more skips than I usually do on my normal workouts! Feeling great!

Don’t forget to go do the thing!

I didn’t have the motivation or the energy to even think about doing todays workout! But after work I changed, went down to the park(to change the location of where I’ve been working out), and gave today my all! I burned in total 596 calories and skipped 1200 skips!

I was supposed to start on like Tuesday last week however it’s been storming where I live for most of the week! And then at the weekend I had to help family move a pair of thousand pound safes down some stairs! So I’m starting today! Any advice, good words, and good luck would be highly appreciated! Those is took a lot out of my motivation!

I’ve been jumping for close to 4 weeks now. The first week I did 3 days a week 30iwh minutes a day. The next 3 weeks were 4days a week 30ish minutes a day and 1000 skips minimum. And now today I’ll be starting the JRD 90! 5 days a week!

I’ll be taking my day 1 progress picture after work today! I’m excited to start this up! I’ve been really enjoying doing the thing and I’ve loved how I’ve been feeling!

Things are falling into place and I’m loving it. Sorry for the long post just happy:) for the first time in a While!

Took the weekend off of jumping to recoup! Came back and crushed today! Hoping to break that 290 lbs this week!

It’s a scorcher today and the only place I have to jump is outside! Had my half gallon jug some good music and I crushed todays workout!

I before I started I really didn’t feel like jumping but I grabbed my mat and my ropes and went out there. I did 2 classes, a beginners basics and then a transitional rope class! Which yielded about 700 skips and then I finished strong with my 1 lbs rope for the last 300 of my workout! I feel great!

Get out there and do the thing! Even if you don’t feel like it! You’ll feel better when you finish!

Hey everyone my name is Antney! I’m new to the JRD community! I’ve followed the Jump Rope Dudes on YouTube for the last year or two and finally made the decision to do the thing! I started about two weeks ago with the Get lean rope from cross rope and loved it so Much I got the get strong set and a jump rope mat!

I started at 301.6 lbs and in the now 3 weeks that I’ve been doing this I’ve lost 8lbs and have felt more better about my self every single day!

Get out there and do the thing!!
