I was doingthething when Siri read me this message. And you were just saying in one of your videos about prioritize your Protien. How to keep it simple. Down 18lbs. Want to get to 145-140. I was at 170 2 and half months ago. At 152 now.

I’m doing it. I’ve been in the Zone.

Dan Witmer if you ever come to the Chicago burbs. I’ll give you great hill sprint workout. Been dealing with lot of stress, heartbreak. You name. And all I want to jump rope. And after I finish a workout, I want to keep jumping. It has made such a huge impact on my life.

Love it. I did, dthe thing today. Worked some hill sprints afterwards. Jump rope really helped me physically and mentally

You def can. It will gas you out, but it will push you to keep going.

I used the 1LB 8 sets of 15,30,45, and 1Min. That was one of the headrest workouts I have done.

It is from the jump rope and Dumbell workout. Dans beach workout is intense. 45 sec of jump rope 15x, curls. And 100 pushups

I like the total beach workout. And I have been using the 1lb rope when I do 8 sets of 15-30-45-1min.
