First week of month 3 in the heavy rope program is done! This months workouts are tough, and I’m looking forward to the progress I make over the next 3 weeks. Made it to 1270/1500 1lb skips. Hoping to beat those numbers just a tiny bit each week! Happy Monday dudes and dudettes! Let’s start the week off right!

Happy Saturday! Just enjoyed M3D4 recovery day in the heavy rope program. I’m loving the addition of a recovery day built into the program. Please keep these coming Dan!

My glutes were especially tight from yesterdays workout, so today felt awesome. ☀️

M3D3 of the heavy rope program was exactly how I thought it’d be. I didn’t want to underestimate that workout!

I really wanted to hit all sets of 100 with the 1 pounder, so I went at my own pace - Lord knows I’d never keep up with Dan 😅- and I’m pumped that I was able to do that many sets of 100! 🔥 I was about 5 minutes behind Dan, so I’m glad my workout didn’t stretch on too much longer. That recovery day tomorrow is going to feel aaaahh-mazing! Happy Friday dudes and dudettes!

M3D2 of the heavy rope program is done! Dan told us to just flow with this one, but I couldn’t help trying to skip at my fastest speed. 😬

Fantastic workout!

Hello month 3 of the heavy rope program! Just polished off day 1, and dang… Dan Witmer where did our rest times go?! 😅

Managed to keep up with everything but the 1 pounder sets. However, it still managed to kick my butt at 1400/1600 skips! Ready for a rest and excited for day 2!

Guess who’s done month 2 of the heavy rope program?! Yay! Felt light and fast today. Beat last weeks numbers for the 1lb sets, but didn’t quite beat my personal best, but I’m okay with that. Got in all the pushups, all the planks, and made it to 920/1000 1lb skips! So excited to be starting month 3! 🤩 Happy Tuesday dudes and dudettes!
