Summer Challenge W2D3 ✅
I felt strong with this one! Got in an amazing sweat, beads dripping at the end of the first set! I’m toast, but feeling accomplished! 💪🏻

Summer Challenge W2D2 ✅
Bumped up the intensity for this one and used the 1/2lb for all the jump rope exercises. Feeling amazing! Sweaty and tired. 😅 Happy Tuesday!

Summer Challenge W2D1 ✅
Man am I wrecked after this one! 🥵 😅
Those doubles followed by jumping jacks were killer! I managed to do the doubles in sets of 20, with 40 double unders per one minute set. All that paired with this heat has done me in, but in an amazing way! Hope everyone gets a good sweat in to start their week. 💪🏻 🔥

Summer Challenge W1D4 ✅
Hi everyone! Been MIA for the last week, out camping with no wifi and barely cell service, and what a treat that was. But I’m back! Joining in on day 4 because I didn’t wanna miss my first ever summer challenge! JRD MAX is being put on hold, but I know it will be there waiting for me. 🥰
Decided to use the 1/2lb rope for all the jump rope exercises - besides the double unders - and I loved it!
So fun to see some new names and faces here, welcome everybody! Hope you all got a good sweat on today. 💪🏻 😅

Today I found my weakest link in skipping during the jump rope cardio ladder. My calves kept bailing on me today, just lighting on fire! 🔥 🔥 🔥
I’m excited to see progress within this workout, specifically in my legs. I know I could have jumped the whole thing successfully cardio-wise! Regardless, I got in a killer, sweat drenched workout. Thanks Dan!
