Loved it. I didnt get ripped or lean but thats on me. I had to break the program a few times due to some personal problems and then some work stuff... I also wasn't following a good nutrition plan at the time.

Nevertheless, the time I committed I saw significant difference in my muscle mass and would really feel the afterburn the next day. The only downside of this program is that it isn't a "take it with you" one. You need dumbbells and those aren't easy to carry around :)

Although I follow the nutrition plan, I haven't really committed to it but I'm willing to follow up on any mini challenges or programs you might throw my way.

I really like the idea of short 5 day (I'd say around 10 - 15 mins) various "learning" workouts; how to do pulls ups, double unders & other more difficult techniques). These I can incorporate in my daily life/routine/workouts.

Dan Witmer indeed. But the 3 month mice up programs, I would prefer with a virtual one on one feel (just like in jrd max and dumbbell programs)

So having heard the 2 videos, I'll throw in my 2 cents.

I love the idea of live coaching but I agree with others in saying that it will be hard to organize (seeing that we might have outside disturbances during the workout or due to time differences, which is the main problem for me). Of course, a solution could be to record and make the workout available to the rest of the community later.

I really love the idea of monthly challenges. Keeps me on my toes, motivated and fills my months. I understand of course that you would always need to create new content fast which is not ideal for your other endeavors.

Lastly, all in all, l I would opt for programs that address specific needs. Eg the jrd max uses bodyweights, the dumbbell program, etc. A combination of these is good as well. Like sleigh the challenge.

Personally I would like to see jrd max style programs; programs that span over x months and focus on one style of exercise and I feel that we are one on one. I would say that I am missing a heavy rope program and a kettlebell program.

Anyways, I'm happy with whatever content you create. Do the thing

Edit: I forgot to mention that i like the 25 - 35 min daily workout and I wouldn't want to have longer workout sessions.

Yay :) got me a nice water bottle. That means longer jump rope sets since I'm going to be extra hydrated. Cheers to all.

W4D5 done. Sizzle challenge complete. All in all a great challenge. Some comments though. I initially thought that it was going to be a concoction of workouts from several programs (jrd max, Plyo, dummbell, Samurai) . I also thought that it would include more live (or recorded one on one) videos with Dan.

Nevertheless I would redo the whole experience in a heartbeat. Happy to have been part of the community. Looking forward to seeing more of these.
