Yes they definitely feel different to the other ropes I have much stiffer. I will only use them on a mat although I won’t be happy if they wear out within a year?! My other crossropes are like new apart frok black marks from my mat.

Hi Steve time is the main reason I can’t commit to doing 5 x a week program at the moment, as I have a 9 month old daughter and work long hours. I only get 2-3 jump rope workouts a week and do chin ups/pull ups and push ups when I can. But when I do get the chance to jump I go all out 😎

Morning workouts are the best. Don’t know if it’s BS or is it just in my mind, but when ever I jump in the morning I always feel good the rest of the day.

Great advice Brandon. I definitely let all my good habits disappear when I’m ill. I’ll take your approach on the next round of viruses going around. I had covid in the 2020 peak. Horrible experience!
