I also enjoyed that workout. I did not know that switching out your ropes could be challenging (for me it was 🀣). Need to start thinking about buying another set of handles 🀭

I agree that it can be hard to stay consistent by yourself. It will take more effort. I struggled with that in the past. What worked for me was to find something that I enjoy doing (jumping rope). Now I look forward doing it everyday πŸ˜ƒ. When I did the JRD max I got so used to have Dan in the background motivating and making funny comments that when I did the next program it feel that I was missing something. The workout feel lonely and took me a while to get use to it again. Keep up the good work and reach out to us when you need πŸ‘πŸ»
