JRD Community Dudette I’ve always done the heavy bag for years now, but Start to do this work out. But I miss it and would love to incorporate it into this work out but not sure which days to do it on after my weight workouts or on the jump rope only days?
I’ve always done the heavy bag in the past but would like to incorporate that into this dumbbell and jump rope routine. I’m just not sure if it’s best after a weight workout or on off days ? In the past, I just did heavy bag and jumped but want to do weights along with this awesome workout

Done. ! month 5(month2). 1/2 lb.. rope. Heavier weights. Ready for month 6 (month3x2) AWESOME!! Bring on the heavy bag workout. 😀
