I went to a music festival over the weekend and only managed to gain 2 lbs in 4 days. Brought my Jump rope to the hotel and got some time in.

Excited to start month 2.

Treadmill or weight lifting to assist with the burning of calories.

Life happens. Just try to bounce back the next day so you don't have too many days off 👍🏾

I shifted my fast window. I used to eat from noon to 8pm. Now I eat when I get up and cut off eating at 8pm. I sometimes make really bad choices to break the fast due to hunger. I'm also having at least a salad a day to replace a meal since starting.

About to finish 2 weeks. I've been WAY more strict about my diet and it's working well. I got to 213.9 yesterday. My 1st goal is 200lbs. Keep going everyone

Finishing week 1 day 5 today! I like the simplicity and focus on just jumping with not too many tricks.

I'm loving this program so far. I like the simplicity and breakup of exercise. It doesn't hurt that the 1/4 lb is my favorite rope but, I'll try some pure Jump days with the 1/2 lbs since I can do 2 mins straight with those. Best of luck everyone
