Just struggling this month. I started out with the idea of making this the month I consistently did 5 days of workouts instead of 3. Then I hit a wall and had to rest several days. Then this past week I got a terrible stomach bug and haven't worked out at all. So much for consistency. Kinda lost my momentum at the moment so I'll have to get tough with that.๐Ÿ˜ (my get tough face)

The good thing is I'm not sore. I'm usually always sore when I'm working out. But right now my shoulders don't hurt, my biceps don't hurt, my butt doesn't hurt, my legs don't hurt๐Ÿ˜†. Wish I could have my cake and eat it too๐Ÿ˜.

Anyway. Just venting.๐Ÿ™‚

You guys have a great weekend and keep doing the thing.

I was looking at a pic from a few years ago of when I was at my smallest. I was tracking my food at that time and I was also running/walking 3 miles 5-7 days a week and sometimes twice a day. I was not working full time then either.ย  I know running and walking will keep a person slender. I want to get back to that slenderness but I'm no sure I have the time or energy to do that much again. How does jumping compare to running/walking? Would I have to give up one for the other? I love my jumping. I just want to know the comparison.

Dan do you mind sharing which type of Bear mattress you have?

I hit a wall yesterday. My body is so tired. I couldn't even go on a decent walk with my husband. Still tired this morning. Guess I'll take a day or two to rest. Do you guys do that too sometimes?

We are looking to get a new mattress. I saw a video where Dan talked about a mattress he had. I can't find it again. Can someone tell me what brand the mattress was? Thanks.

So I did 5 DUs in a row but not consecutively. Just one at a time. Is there a tip for being consecutive? Also I am landing very hard and hurting my shin splints. Do soft landings justย  come with practice? I can't wait to do a workout with my first DUsย  but if I can't do them consecutively should I do them one at a time or not and just do fast jumps? And my JRoD just now did his first Du as well! Woo hoo!

I just now did my first DU! It surprised the life out of me! Then I did a second one and quit in case it was a fluke. Hubby coached me.ย

ย Not pretty and maybe can't do it again but it was exciting. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคช๐ŸคชโœŠโœŠโœŠ

ย We just did Brandon's Full Body Workout using the 1 and 2 pound ropes. I did 5 circs and JRoD did 3(he's had a hard week at work) WOW!!!

It was great. It wasn't pretty but I got it done. 4 days this week so far. 2 jumps and 2 weights. Tomorrow will be my first time to hit my goal of 5 days in a week.
