Stephen, you are doing just fine. I heard Dan or Brandon say that regular bounce is just fine. The tricks are more for fun. That took some pressure off for me. Just do the best you can as you move on. You will eventually be able to do it all. When I was going to a workout class, the class would continue on but I would stop when I needed to. Eventually I could make it through the whole class. Same idea here. I'm not the one to be talking here, but don't over think it. Keep it simple.

Thanks Dan. We all know this, right? But reminders from someone who lives it is so helpful and encouraging. It really helps to hear what you do and how you do it.

Been thinking along these lines as well. There was a time when people didn't have the kind of "crapy" food and drink that is available now. People ate and drank water and real whole food. That simple,right (not always)? Thanks for the reminder.
