I think you have to stop the train and turn it  before you begin to see results. That can take a bit of time sometimes🙂. At least it did for me.

It's done but it wasn't pretty. It was tough today. Haven't been sleeping well lately, maybe that's why.

I usually let my heart rate get below 100 before I turn off my tracker. I'm at 112 and my calorie burn says 402. It's been a while since I've been over 400. Yay!

Lol. I think you are right. My daughter wants me to do 4 or 5 days weights and 2 of jumping. She says I will get to a point where I can't jump anymore (age). But right now I can so I think I will continue  with 3days jumping and 2 days weight lifting program.

So, a little off topic but,  I am always constantly sore when I'm working out. Is that normal? When I took a week off it was so nice to not be sore.

There is so much conflicting info out there it is sometimes hard to know what to do. "Do this, no do that, no do something else"

I'm looking forward to those workouts. I don't know how to work in that 2 pounder exactly.

My daughter has been "encouraging" me for a while now to add more strength training into my fitness plan.  She says because I am getting  "older" 🤨 I need to be doing some weights to keep from losing muscle. I do this 2 days a week to fill in the gaps between jumping days but, she wants me to do more of that than jumping. I think jumping will actually do this for me. Am I right?
