Hi Steve! My goal with the fruit and fiber bars is to eat healthier snacks while at work. In the past eating a candy bar or bag of chips was the easy unhealthy choice. But at with now I bring fruit and those little bars! :)

I discovered Slate - it's a ultra filtered milk protein drink and I really like how it doesn't have a weird after taste! :)

My plan is to try and follow my meal prep through the whole program, see my results, and work to make better balance choices to maintain. Pizza will be back! :)

Between work and personal stuff it is definitely a challenge - but trying to keep myself consistent with JRD
Stay on track with no stress snacking at work (I got gum to distract myself) - and get to my next lb goal for end of the week!
