Keeping up with it!
JRDD90M2W2 completed yesterday!
Disappointed I didn't really see any weight loss this week. However, I had my first practice round on the disc golf course today for the start of the season and my arm/shoulder wasn't sore or in pain at all! I probably could've done another round of 18! This is showing me that although I'm not seeing weight loss, I am having gains in strength/muscle! :)

JRDD90 M2W1D5 done!
First week of the second month is all done - I really enjoy this five day set. Going to start active through the weekend and still focus in nutrition. Though the lbs aren't dropping fast I can feel a difference in how my clothes fit. :)

Got the 4k in before work! I procrastinated getting up but I pushed myself to not be lazy and just get it done! It was a challenge but I feel better for having it done. So far I'm really enjoying month 2! :)

Month 1 done! Results and onto month 2!
Weight lost: 5.5lbs
Push-up increase: +5
Got JRDD90 M2W1D1 done this a.m. early before work. Trying to keep on it! I'm hoping for better results in weight loss this month, looking forward to what this can do for me!

Keeping up with it! I really didn't want to get up this morning but I made myself do it! Legs are sore but I can tell I'm getting stronger! Keeping this up! I want results!

Woke up extra early to get it done before work. Trying to stay on the early mornings. Also doing my best to resist stress eating - I need to pick up more gum tomorrow to help me curb that and keep it stay!

Completed before work even though my motivation wasn't there. I struggled with the push ups at the end but did the best I could. Work has been mentally and physically draining but I pushed to get it done to do something for myself. End of next week after completing month 1 I'll have a totally of how much weight has come off versus my personal push up growth!

Anyone else seeing new videos under month 1? I'm not sure what I'm supposed to follow? I thought it was the original 5 videos repeated for the four weeks?

I think I missed posting about yesterday, but I've kept up everyday!

JRDD90 M1W2D4&5 were completed between yesterday a.m. and this a.m. I'm happy to get the days done and I'm pushing myself to try and finish each circuit best I can. I've kept my stress eating under control at work by chewing gum - seems to be working. I'm also trying to not focus on the scale too much as I'm finding myself trying to eat less to see a difference, but I also forgot to eat dinner the other night which I also know isn't good! Trying to bring everything together!
