Got up and didn't think about it - just did it! Don't before work now to get ready - have to try to curb my stress snacking (even though I'm snacking on fruit - is too much fruit a bad thing?). Just trying to keep this going!

I'll admit I almost didn't make it this morning so I was a little delayed getting up but I pushed myself to get it done It did feel good to get everything completed once all said and done. Going to get ready for work it's going to be a tough week or you did a 12-hour day yesterday hoping that doesn't persist through the week but I'm just going to keep pushing myself to get to the weekend and some good rest.

Good morning JRD family! Just finished day one of week eleven! Crazy to think I'm already here! I will say I feel a little bit left out because everybody else is starting JRD Max but I want to try to finish JRD 90! I excited to see what my results are going to be from this program before I hop on to the next!

I prepared for this week I'm making sure that I have plenty of my protein drinks as well as I picked up my favorite dressing over the weekend so that I can have grilled chicken wraps!

Going to get ready for work and on the way there I'll stop to pick up my typical fruit on the way in!

Nearly the end of the week! Last night I didn't sleep well and I almost slept through doing the thing this morning BUT I got myself up and got it done!

Got it done this a.m., now hydrating. I'll admit it was hard to get up to get this done but I'm pushing through!

Was not anticipating so much jumping today - I definitely have noodle arms! I pushed through to get it done (admittedly needing a few extra seconds at the end of each set). 1/2 pound was a killer! Got it done this a.m. - now just walking some laps I'm the house ( too cold outside).

Today to combat stress snacking I'll be bringing extra protein shakes to work and loading up on water to keep myself "full" but most importantly hydrated! :)

I contemplated switching to JRDMax but I want to get through JRD90! Only three more weeks to go - kind of crazy I've already gotten this far! This weekend family visited and I had my 'cheat' lunch date out for a cheeseburger with fries. Still no soda, and the tea I typically drink was finally back in stock!

Doing some cool down walking laps through the house before getting ready to hit the grocery for my fruit! Bringing protein drinks and tea to work. Going to try and be positive!

First day of rest. Today I'm hosting family for a nice full breakfast. Last night was a family members birthday and for the first time since 1/1 I had something sweet - small piece of cake! It was SO good, I wanted more, but I resisted. Trying to be strong and stay on track.

Got it done this a.m. before work! Going to grab some protein drinks and snacks and get ready to head into work. Feeling accomplished I've been sticking with early a.m. workouts!
