I'll be honest, I wasn't going to do the thing this morning. Yesterday the a.c. was out at work and I got a bit heat exhausted last night, totally not functional. So I got up and still did the thing, didn't do as many pushups but pushed to finish. I'm ready for a rest weekend.

Got it done this a.m. - almost went back to sleep but made myself get up before work. Now for the rest of the day!

Got it done this a.m. even though I was less than enthusiastic about it (back to work this a.m.). I pushed through and got it done, not easy! I can tell I'm quite out of practice as my feet are aching a lot! Onto tomorrow!

Got it done this a.m. fasted. Shoulders are sore but I still did it - wanted to get it done before bbq later to set myself up well for the day. :)

Got it started this morning! Did the workout fasted and wow - didn't realize how hard it was going to be. Feel good that I got it done - hoping for some weight loss and muscle gains through this program !

I've been absent for a bit and need to jump back into it - I've been struggling with not feeling well. Planning to start jrd Max tomorrow barring nothing gets in my way!

Back from vacation and starting again tomorrow! Stayed active over vacation to not lose my progress so far. Recommendations for tomorrow? Should I do JRD90 again? JrdMax?

Staying active and trying to balance it all. Hiking this weekend and then back to jumping on Monday!

Worked on my disc golf putt this evening and everything I missed I did that many pushups and five squats. Good way to get it in!
