Got it done early a.m. let's still sore from day 3, tried to push myself to finish strong for the first week!

Woke up early to get it done today before work and I was surprised at how much my legs were so sore from yesterday's workout. I had to take more breaks to anticipated so a little disappointed in myself for having to do that but I didn't want to risk injury either. Hoping I will be stronger so that I can be more consistent next week on the same day.

I was not anticipating how hard the jump rope sets at the end were going to be. My legs were jello. Pushed best I could and I got it done before work to try and setup good habits!

Jumping back into It!
I've been meaning to get myself back on track and set myself up to start with the new dumbbell program! I'm looking forward to it as I really enjoyed JRD90 before. I will say I was humbled first day as I thought I could use 10lb to start but it was too heavy to complete everything so I moved to 5lb.
D1W1 done!

I can't remember if I posted but I did get it done this a.m.! The gauntlet was didn't but I pushed through! M1W2D4 done!

Got it done before work. Also testing how many regular push ups I can do in a row (before I start) - at 6. Happy with that!

Didn't sleep well at all last night and had to fight to get myself up to do the thing this a.m. before work. Did it and hoping the rest of the day will fall into place!
