Just finished and I think I'm going to do a bit of weights before I call it quits! :)

Hi Steve! My goal with the fruit and fiber bars is to eat healthier snacks while at work. In the past eating a candy bar or bag of chips was the easy unhealthy choice. But at with now I bring fruit and those little bars! :)

I discovered Slate - it's a ultra filtered milk protein drink and I really like how it doesn't have a weird after taste! :)

Done this a.m. - was tough but I enjoyed it! I also did some weights afterwards! :)

Started week 9 today! I got up early to get it done and stopped at the grocery to get fruit for snacks. Keeping on it!

First rest day of the weekend. I made some pancakes from scratch and had bacon as well - was amazing! I don't eat much (if at all) for breakfast during the week as I try to fast, but in the weekends I've found if I do I keep up to my regiment during the week. Not completely taking things away, just finding a balance.

I picked up some strawberries today and had that with one of my protein shakes for lunch and then a chicken wrap for dinner.

Tomorrow I'm going out to lunch but I'm looking forward to the protein! Then, preparing for week 9! I'll probably stop at the grocery on the way into work Monday to grab some fruit for the week!

My new protein drinks are great, taste like vanilla ice cream frappes and have a bunch of protein!

Trying to keep myself accountable!

Grilled chicken Caesar salad but with the restaurant's house Italian dressing, not Caesar dressing 😆

Day 5 done this morning! To celebrate I got my favorite dressing with with a take out salad (although they gave me the wrong salad!). Onto resting this weekend and prepping for next week!

Done and in the books before work! Now for some hydration and getting my snacks ready for work (fruit and fiber bars with protein shakes) as it is snowy today and not sure if I'll be able to break at work to get home. We will see!
