M1W3D2..Paced myself today, started the 45 sec and 1 min so that I could go quicker on the last 10 seconds.

+2700 skips for this workout. I'll be cooling down on my Bellicon Rebounder..We are starting to see winter, hope to go for a short run later today along with shoveling the driveway..Happy Trails

Yes I do, I'll hold off until it's explained which ones to do. It seems that some of the month 2 videos are mixed up into month 1. I am sure this will be resolved, technical issues.

I have never done a program like this! Wow, I just finished M1W2D5 of the Jump Rope Dumb Bell Challenge. Had a pair of weights sitting around now using. I am a runner, training for an Ultra in September, I know this training will help me be the best I can be. I am totally pleased with all, and that mean Dan and the community that helps to push me. Could not do this without you..Happy Trails
