I had a similar experience at first. What worked for me was something as simple as getting a pair of basketball shoes and a pair of the Game day insoles from a company called Move. My feet and shins have been happy ever since. Also, drinks lots of water and hydrate. Everyone is different and Iβm sure youβll find what works for you. Just donβt get discouraged!
