I’ll represent for the PMers.

I prefer afternoons-it’s a great de-stressor after work that creates a natural transition between work and home time. In the mornings my body is sluggish and I’m never at my best physical output. I am also usually preoccupied by how hungry I am if I workout fasted.

In the afternoon it’s easier and even enjoyable much of the time, whereas mornings it feels like a slog to get through. (On the other hand, I love how my body feels throughout the day following a morning workout and envy being done earlier.)

Preferences may be attributable to being a morning/evening person and how much sleep you require. I really like/need a good amount of sleep.

I am planning to start Plyo soon, too. Just wrapped Shredded Ninja. Glad to “jump” in with you Douglas Stewart, Jess T. or anyone else who wants to keep each other going!

Here are some of the leaves I collected from trees in my yard. Love this season!

AMAZING!

As others have said, Get Lean is great and has everything you need. Once I completed a three-month jump program (JRD Max) and decided I wanted jump rope to be my primary workout, I purchased the AMP handles as a reward to myself. I love them and they are incredibly useful, however, it is more expense with the cost of the subscription and the handles. The good news is the Get Lean ropes connect to the AMP handles, so you’re not starting from scratch-you’re adding on.

I would suggest doing what I’ve done and get comfortable with the ropes, the workouts, your fitness goals and see if AMP fits in to that lifestyle later.

Hit the mat - except for double unders.

And, for some reason I haven’t worked out yet, I do better at criss cross when I don’t hit the mat.
