M3 W4 done. Woohoo the last day of heavy jump rope program is done! I’m very glad to be a part of this amazing program. Definitely improved jumping speed and technique, endurance and VOmax too. It’s easier to motivate yourself if you know that there is other people around you who are doing the same thing at the same time, because before I did some other programs I mean I did them at the expected time, but somehow jumping in challenge makes sticking to plan a bit easier. Thanks to everyone for this great journey. #DOTHETHING

M3 W3 done. Another great week of workouts is behind the back. Last week of this program is so close can’t wait for it to start.

Did the thing. This week was a bit challenging with weather but great workouts.

M3 W1 done. Great workouts. Can’t believe that this is already last month. Hope that the weather will be good enough to finish last three weeks. 🤞🏻

Still doing the thing here. Today was challenging cause there was a little bit annoying wind out here. Tomorrow will be heavy wind outside, hope I will manage to do jumping despite of wind.
