Interesting workout. I think I will include this type of workout in my jumping routine. I was counting steps in my head. I’m doing 3 step boxer skip for easier breathing and it went well with counting steps. I counted 3 steps as 1 so I could breathe properly and won’t mess counting. For calorie count I use old huawei smart watch but there’s no jumping so I don’t think it counts accurately.

W1 D3 done. A little bit challenging cause was raining all workout and humidity outside was very high but did it anyway. Hope the mat will dry out till tomorrow.

Great workout. Can’t imagine how rough it was with 2 lb.

W1 D2 done. Nice workout. Even with 1/4 and 1/2 wasn’t that easy but I crushed it.

Great workout. I like these 30sec/10sec workouts.

Day one done. Really loved this workout. Will join other ones but only with 1/4 and 1/2 ropes cause I have only those. Hope the weather will be on my side, cause I can jump only outside.

Nice workout. I like very much these type of workouts, a little bit of everything. And stretching in round 6 was a nice touch.
